Hello, my name is Erica Verhoff. I graduated from the Blanchard Valley Academy of Massage Therapy. I received my license from the Ohio State Medical Board in 2003. In 2004, I became nationally certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork. I have taken courses in kinesiology, reflexology, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, pediatrics, pregnancy and infant massage, understanding fibromyalgia, neuromuscular, deep tissue, stress and pain management, and more.

I believe it is very important to look at the body as a whole when we are evaluating and treating a dis-ease. I spell it this way for a reason. We can't just treat the symptoms and expect to get better. We may feel better temporally if we do this, but it won't last. Another "symptom" will just be followed by the first and so on and so on. When we ignore the first symptom, it gets shoved even deeper into our bodies and we eventually can end up with more dis-eases. We need to find the cause.

I am in this line of work because I believe without a doubt in my previous statement. I want to help people find their cause. I want to help them along their healing journey.  It is my passion. I love what I do and I know I'm meant to do it. 

Barbara Shalter, LMT, my mother, has been a huge influence on me. She went to school to study massage when I was just five years old. I am also married with three amazing children. I would like to thank them and the rest of my family, friends, co-workers, and loyal clients that I have been blessed with throughout the years. Your support means so much!  Also, a special thank you to my dad, my grandparents, and my dear friend Jackie Diller who are watching over me from heaven.
